Warming CALM Veggie Soup 

Materials: Large pot, high-speed blender

Servings: 2-4


Ingredients&Directions

  • 1 yellow onion
  • 1 large head of broccoli (including the stems) chopped
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 can unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 cup bone broth or veggie broth
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp CALM powder ⠀

Pour the coconut milk in a pot and place on low heat, add the onion and garlic and cook until soft, then add the chopped broccoli, turmeric, CALM powder, and broth. Let simmer for about 45 minutes, then blend until smooth. I like to top this with pumpkin seeds and cilantro, but you can add whatever you’re feeling! Shredded chicken is also amazing on top if you want some extra protein.
